Siding Job in Middletown, NY
The homeowner was looking to get siding installed on their new home. It’s necessary to get siding done on your home to protect it from the elements and to help improve insulation in conjunction with fiberglass. In addition, siding can help improve the design by adding color and texture to the outside walls, rather than keeping bare wood as the aesthetic. We installed TRI-BUILT house wrap first to protect the home. While the siding itself can protect the home from moisture, rain and humidity can seep beneath or between siding. This happens mostly after rainstorms where siding is damaged. Wind-driven rain can seep between or beneath the siding causing damage to the home. TRI-BUILT house wrap acts as a second layer of protection and can help protect against these conditions. In addition to protecting against rain and moisture, house wrap works as wind and thermal barrier. House wrap helps reduce leakage of heat into or out of the home. Next, we installed the siding on top of the house wrap to finish the installation. We cleared any debris from the job once finished. It took about four days to complete the siding.
