A brief discussion about Repairs and Serrano II Inc. Policies (Important! Please Read).

You probably called a few contractors to fix your leak and, in all likelihood, the results of those calls went something like one of the following scenarios.

1. A few (maybe, quite a few) didn't call back at all
2. Of the ones who did call back their response to your problem was;
   1. “The job is too small for us to handle effectively at this time”
   2. “We will have to get back to you to see when we can do the work” (and you haven't heard from them since)
   3. “Our minimum repair cost is $750.00" (or $1,000.00 or $1,200.00 or some other ridiculous number)

Here at Serrano II Inc., we approach repairs differently. Our minimum repair charges are straightforward and affordable. We will never claim that we are the “magic bullet” to your leak problem. In most cases, we are successful and fix the problem the first time. If however, the area is still leaking, we can send men back to the job. In this instance, you will then be billed the minimum repair charge.

When Serrano II, Inc. provides repair services, we cannot indemnify you for overall problems with your roof, gutters, skylights and flashings. The repair agreement addresses a specific, discrete problem or issue. Therefore, the repair and its associated costs represent a comparatively small amount relative to the overall cost of your entire roof system.

Serrano II, Inc. has extensive experience in repairs. As stated before, in most repair cases, we are successful in getting the job done on the first attempt.
